Formación

• Admitted Attorney with an LLB degree.
• Interest in Maritime or Admiralty Law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders in the maritime sector.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in a specialized legal field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in drafting and reviewing maritime contracts such as bills of lading and charterparties.
• Conduct legal research on maritime law issues, international conventions, and case precedents.
• Support senior counsel in managing maritime litigation, arbitration, and ADR processes.
• Advise on regulatory compliance related to vessel operations, safety, and environmental protection.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondence on various maritime legal matters.
• Monitor changes in maritime law and regulations, providing updates to the legal team.
