• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Exposure to commercial law or contract drafting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, amend and draft commercial, operational and corporate documentation including SLAs and MSAs.
• Support disputes and liaise with external attorneys and stakeholders as required.
• Review contracts for liability, compliance and risk and escalate material matters as needed.
• Draft memos on legislation and supporting internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain contract registers and report on claims and risk trends.
