Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring framework.
• Proven experience developing backend services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices and/or SOA.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging and asynchronous processing.
• Strong database design and data modelling experience.
• Experience with cloud environments and modern dev practices.
• Experience developing frontend apps using React, TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Strong API design, security and authentication.
• Experience in Agile engineering teams.
• Autonomous in tackling complex technical problems.
