Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver IT infrastructure projects for clients from a remote home-office setting. You will independently manage standard projects, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and produce accurate project documentation to support long-term operational success.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Hands-on with servers, networking, cloud, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client technology project implementations to scope, quality, and timelines.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients through planning, implementation, and handoff.
• Produce implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify process improvements and SOP updates.
• Proactively identify technical risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
• Ensure completed solutions meet client expectations and long-term operational stability.
