Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Retail Inventory Clerk to manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy for remote operations based out of Mahikeng. You will conduct counts, reconcile data, and support online and store fulfillment in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates possess experience in inventory control, knowledge of Excel and inventory software, and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an inventory clerk or stock controller.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory software and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile stock discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Update inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming stock.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
