Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Insurance Compliance Specialist to ensure that all insurance operations align with current laws and industry standards across jurisdictions. You will conduct compliance reviews, develop policies, and guide internal teams, all from a home-based office supporting nationwide operations.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train staff on compliance best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Certifications such as CCEP or CLRP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes in insurance laws and regulations and assess impact on operations and products.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews of processes and documentation.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
