Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside Sales Specialist at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

2+ years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS preferred.
Proven ability to source accounts and maintain contact lists.
Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP and build accurate contact lists.
Identify decision makers and craft personalized outbound sequences.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
