Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency background preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and maintain professional written communication.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce pipeline management.
• Comfortable prospecting and booking discovery calls with decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
