Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with focus on design, simulation and optimization.
• Expert in simulation tools AnyLogic, Arena and Simio.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java and C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and model complex industrial systems, including manufacturing lines and logistics networks.
• Use advanced simulation to analyze performance and identify improvements.
• Develop data-driven strategies for redesign, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with remote client teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and present solutions.
• Produce technical docs, reports and presentations for project deliverables.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for systems and process design.
• Provide expert consulting on best practices in IE and operations management.
• Develop business cases and project plans for proposed improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge base.
