About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Process Improvement Specialist to join their operations team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives across all operational facets of the business. As a remote-first professional, you will analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to eliminate waste and improve workflow.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or a similar operational role.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other process improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials virtually.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
