Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations management, with at least 4 years focused on leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant operational improvements and achieving measurable results.
• Expertise in a wide range of Lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
