Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a significant focus on data analytics, statistical modeling, and process simulation. Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration. Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. This is a fully remote position.
