Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training tasks. Remote, hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week. You will analyze IAM scenarios, assess RBAC and least privilege, and help AI systems reason about identity risk.

The role requires 2+ years in IAM/SSO, familiarity with Okta/Azure AD/AWS IAM, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This freelance position offers flexibility and ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity experience.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Familiar with identity failures and attacker techniques in real environments.
• Able to think analytically about complex access-control scenarios and communicate findings clearly.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in async, remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failure patterns.
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data for AI training and evaluation.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve how AI reasons about identity risk.
