Our client, a fast-growing entity in the hospitality sector, is seeking a highly qualified Remote Hygiene & Sanitation Specialist to develop and implement robust sanitation protocols across its diverse operational sites. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within **Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA**. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of hygiene standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in sanitation, particularly within food service and public spaces. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive cleaning plans, conducting virtual audits, and providing expert guidance to on-site teams. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in sanitation standards from a remote setting. The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement detailed sanitation and hygiene programs tailored to specific operational needs.
