Placements24 is seeking a Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer for a leading organization focused on hygiene and safety. You will review documentation, conduct virtual audits, and advise teams to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulatory requirements from a remote location.

Applicants should have a degree in Environmental Health or Public Health, at least 5 years in hygiene or compliance, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a hygiene, sanitation or compliance role.
• Experience conducting audits and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies across sites.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of sanitation procedures and documentation.
• Develop and update hygiene compliance guidelines and training materials.
• Investigate and report non-compliance issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and audits.
• Provide expert guidance to operational teams on hygiene best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in hygiene legislation and standards.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate compliance into workflows.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality management systems for hygiene.
