Pavago is seeking an Operations Associate to own HubSpot CRM, manage deal pipelines, and produce clear Excel-based reporting. The role emphasizes execution, meticulous tracking of 6–12 month deal cycles, and ensuring all opportunities, tasks, and meetings are properly managed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written English. This is a fully remote role with operations support across international teams and EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including deal tracking and CRM updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and manage the HubSpot deal pipeline and CRM records.
• Track inbound interest, responses, follow-ups, deal stages, and next steps.
• Coordinate long 6–12 month deal cycles and ensure no activity is overlooked.
• Create clear summaries, reports, and visuals in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate meetings and deal-related calls; monitor action items and deadlines.
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout deal execution.
