Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote HSE Advisor to bolster global project compliance. You will advise on HSE policies, conduct remote risk assessments, monitor compliance, and support HSE management system implementation across diverse projects worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HSE, strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, and proven remote engagement skills. This role offers fully remote work and exposure to international energy projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an HSE role, preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy industry.
• Solid understanding of international HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to engage remotely and deliver training.
• Strong communication, prioritisation and deadline management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote expert advice on Health, Safety and Environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and procedures.
• Conduct remote risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Monitor compliance with international HSE regulations and standards.
• Support investigation of HSE incidents and near misses with root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver remote HSE training materials for project teams.
• Review HSE plans and risk assessments for compliance and effectiveness.
• Promote proactive HSE culture through global engagement and communication.
• Stay updated on new HSE legislation and best practices in energy sector.
