YO AI Labs is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on Hebrew language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Hebrew audio content, assess linguistic quality, and provide detailed feedback in English.

No prior AI experience is required, but strong Hebrew language expertise and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities include listening to Hebrew audio, assessing nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and authenticity, and documenting

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
• B2+ proficiency in English, especially written/verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide explanations and justifications for decisions.
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models.
• Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
