YO AI Labs is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project. You will evaluate Hebrew audio content, assess nativeness and linguistic quality, and provide feedback in English.

Remote contractor role requires strong Hebrew and English communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to follow established guidelines. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions
• Follow guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards
• Collaborate with coordinators to clarify requirements
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models
• Complete audio review tasks accurately and on time
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail
