Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a remote, worldwide basis to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required; tools-only work does not meet this requirement. Flexible scheduling and remote collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
• 2+ years of professional experience in creative fields is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tooling.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
