WhatJobs Direct is seeking a dedicated Remote Healthcare Sanitation Coordinator to lead sanitation and infection control programs for healthcare facilities nationwide, working from a home office. You will collaborate with facility managers, infection control practitioners, and cleaning staff to implement and monitor hygiene strategies in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare environmental services or infection control, deep knowledge of regulatory standards

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Environmental Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare environmental services, infection control, or related sanitation management role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sanitation programs in healthcare facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of infection control principles, regulatory standards (e.g., SANS 10049).
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Develop, implement, and manage sanitation and infection control programs for healthcare settings.
• Conduct remote assessments and audits of cleaning effectiveness and adherence to protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to on-site teams on healthcare hygiene best practices.

• Stay current with research, technologies, and best practices in healthcare environmental services and infection prevention.
• Serve as primary contact for remote inquiries regarding sanitation standards and protocols.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sanitation program effectiveness and compliance.
