Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in environmental services management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within healthcare.
• Proven infection control, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in a remote setting.
• Strong strategic planning, budget oversight, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's environmental services and infection control strategy.
• Lead remote facility managers and on-site directors, ensuring consistent standards.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for environmental services.
• Implement infection prevention programs in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Stay ahead of cleaning technologies and sustainable practices in healthcare.
• Design training programs for staff and conduct remote audits for safety and compliance.
