Placements24 is seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager for a contract role in a fast-paced tech solutions environment. The position supports remote work and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive leads and support sales.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in campaign management, with hands-on experience across digital, email, and events, and a data-driven approach to optimization in a remote-first setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working remotely.
• Experience in the South African market is a plus.

• Manage lead nurturing and handover to the sales team.
