Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing and managing successful paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
• Expertise in major paid social platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrable experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance attribution.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and persona development.
• Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in growth hacking or performance marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets.
• Manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute continuous A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Monitor key metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) daily and optimize.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and inform future strategies.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging paid social trends.
• Explore and test new paid social platforms and formats.
• Report on campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
