Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models for valuation and forecasting.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Support senior team members in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and market data to identify key trends and risks.
• Help in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials.
• Monitor market developments and economic indicators relevant to investment banking.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and analysis.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Participate in training programs and continuously enhance financial and analytical skills.
