Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, MBA or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain management, with 5+ in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Extensive experience in global logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership with experience leading remote teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Eligible to work remotely from within South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Implement best practices in inventory management, demand forecasting, and network optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals.
