Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in social impact, strategy, or program management.
• Proven track record designing and implementing social programs.
• Experience with impact measurement frameworks (Logic Models, Theory of Change, SDGs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive narratives.
• Strong remote collaboration and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative social impact strategies aligned with organizational mission and values.
• Conduct thorough research to identify key social challenges and opportunities for intervention.
• Design and manage social programs, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and private sector entities.
• Develop frameworks for measuring and reporting on social impact, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate remote collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Develop compelling proposals and reports to secure funding and communicate impact.
• Represent the organization in virtual forums and relevant online communities.
• Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to maximize positive social outcomes.
