Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist for a leading global pharma client. You will optimize procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of medicines across regions.

In this remote role, you will drive GDP compliance, manage vendors, monitor performance with ERP and SCM software, forecast demand, mitigate risks, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA and commercial teams to sustain supply from production to patient.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or related field.
• 4–6 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or logistics.
• Knowledge of GDP and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience with ERP and SCM software.
• Strong communication and remote-work skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for materials and finished products.
• Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection and negotiation.
• Coordinate logistics and cold chain where applicable.
• Develop supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and identify improvements.
• Ensure GDP compliance and quality standards throughout the chain.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and commercial teams to forecast demand.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Utilize planning software and ERP to manage operations.
