• 10–15 years in senior global operations leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale international operations and supply chains.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and cost reductions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience building and managing multicultural, remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Financial acumen with experience managing substantial budgets.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement expertise.
