This role requires 10+ years in manufacturing ops, 5+ in senior leadership, and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma. You will mentor remote managers, improve OEE, quality, safety, and cost while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing ops, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven multi-site ops leadership experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes and best practices.
• Lead remote operations managers and teams, driving continuous improvement.
• Drive KPIs related to production output, OEE, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Implement Lean initiatives and other optimization programs.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product development teams.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify intervention opportunities.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective remote communication across distributed teams.
