Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Officer for a fully remote role. You will develop fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and identify new funding opportunities to support our client's mission.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with virtual engagement experience, proficient with donor databases and grant proposals, and a track record of meeting financial targets while collaborating with marketing and programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fundraising, development, or sales, with demonstrated success in achieving financial targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and appeals.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software and online giving platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess fundraising performance and identify trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Philanthropy, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative fundraising campaigns across various channels, including online platforms and direct appeals.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and donor reports.
• Organize and execute virtual fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop fundraising materials and messaging.
