Placements24 is seeking a Senior FMCG Product Developer to lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization. This remote-first role requires collaboration with R&D, marketing, and supply chain to deliver market-ready products in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a master’s or PhD in a relevant science and at least 6 years of FMCG experience, with strong formulation, testing, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant science with FMCG product development experience.
• Minimum 6 years in FMCG product development and scale-up.
• Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, development, and formulation of new FMCG products.
• Conduct lab experiments, pilot trials, and sensory evaluations.
• Collaborate with regulatory to ensure food safety, labeling, quality standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources for timely launches.
• Provide technical support for commercialization and troubleshooting.
