About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and highly skilled Senior FMCG Product Developer to drive the creation and enhancement of their product lines. This remote-first position is pivotal in translating market insights and consumer needs into successful, market-ready products. You will lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept formulation through to formulation, testing, and commercialization. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong scientific background and a passion for the FMCG industry . You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations, all within a dynamic, virtual collaboration setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and formulation of new FMCG products , aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot plant trials, and sensory evaluations to optimize product formulations and performance.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, labeling, and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely product launches.
• Provide technical expertise and support for product commercialization and troubleshooting ongoing production issues.

Requirements
