Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large vehicle fleet to ensure optimal utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections with service providers.
• Monitor fleet compliance with safety regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements.
• Track vehicle location, performance data, and driver behavior using fleet software.
• Respond to fleet-related issues, including breakdowns and driver support requests.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs, e.g., fuel efficiency and preventive maintenance.
• Liaise with drivers, dispatchers, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of fleet inventory, maintenance history, and expenses.
• Generate regular fleet performance reports and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure fleet documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
