About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Fleet Operations Analyst to join their expanding logistics division. This position, based remotely, will focus on analyzing fleet performance data, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety across the entire fleet. You will work closely with fleet managers and operational teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret fleet data related to fuel consumption, maintenance, mileage, and driver behavior.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies within the fleet.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies, flagging areas of concern.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to fleet managers and stakeholders for strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fleet Analyst , Logistics Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment .
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
