Placements24 is seeking a Remote Fleet Operations Analyst in South Africa. The role supports a national logistics network with primary focus on the Stellenbosch region, analyzing fleet performance data and recommending efficiency improvements.

You will build dashboards, interpret trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a 3+ year analytics background in logistics, strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor-level credential in logistics, supply chain or analytics required.
• 3+ years in data analysis, preferably logistics/transport.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools for dashboards and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret fleet performance data (fuel, mileage, costs, driver behavior).
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and metrics.
• Identify efficiency, cost, and safety improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with field operations to implement changes and monitor impact.
• Research new technologies and strategies to optimize fleet operations.
• Prepare management-ready summaries and presentations.
