Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role focused on digital services or technology operations.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling operations for SaaS or similar digital service platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL best practices; experience with remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for the delivery of all digital services, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end service lifecycle from development handoff to deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a global, remote team of operations specialists, engineers, and support staff.
• Implement and refine operational processes with focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability.
• Define and monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and integrity of all services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to align roadmaps with business objectives.
• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation for the digital services division.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
