Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar client-facing sales role.
• Strong sales track record with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients via phone, video, and email to assess needs and goals.
• Provide tailored insurance and financial product recommendations.
• Develop and present financial plans and proposals.
• Guide clients through applications and underwriting processes.
• Build long-term client relationships and conduct periodic reviews.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and metrics.
• Stay updated on market developments and regulatory changes.
