Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Certificates such as CFP or FAIS accreditation are desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial advising or sales in insurance/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of life, health, investments, and short-term insurance products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication and financial planning software.
• Must be based in South Africa; remote role; admin location in Upington, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses with clients.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products incl. life, health, investments.
• Develop tailored financial plans and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to manage interactions.
