Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) seeks a Finance Operations Manager to own finance and admin across eight entities. You will run bookkeeping, month-end close in Xero, intercompany accounting, and contractor payments with minimal founder involvement.

You''ll report to the Managing Director/ CFO, collaborate with external accountants, ensure compliance calendars, and drive process improvements and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with hands-on finance ops experience.
• Proficient in multi-entity bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis.
• Comfortable operating independently in a founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping across eight entities.
• Manage month-end close in Xero with audit-ready records.
• Maintain intercompany transactions and cash positions across entities.
• Coordinate with external accountants for filings and statutory reporting.
• Prepare structured monthly finance packs for CFO review.
• Oversee contractor administration and payments.
