Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced finance professionals to design realistic, numerically rigorous accounting tasks for AI evaluation.

You will create scenarios such as billing vs revenue reconciliation, payment-to-invoice matching, and margin analysis, in a fully remote, hourly contract role. Applicants should have strong accounting experience, precise numerical reasoning, and familiarity with IFRS and standard workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an accountant or finance analyst
• Strong numerical reasoning and multi-step reconciliation ability
• Solid knowledge of revenue recognition and matching rules; IFRS welcome
• Ability to define verifiable correctness criteria for outputs
• Comfort with financial documents, spreadsheets, and accounting system outputs
• Iterative mindset to test and refine tasks for appropriate difficulty

Responsibilities

• Author accounting reconciliation tasks: match payments to invoices, revenue vs billing reconciliation, margin analysis
• Write scoring rubrics with exact numerical outcomes and required reasoning steps
• Set up task environments with data, documents, and system states for realistic scenarios
• Validate numbers by solving tasks and ensuring rubric correctness
• Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity and ambiguity
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when provided
