Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, preferably within the agricultural industry.
Demonstrated success in identifying new markets and developing successful business strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities
