Mediclinic seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of properties. The role is fully remote, coordinating across multiple locations with a focus on Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA.

You will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance from a remote base. You will lead dispersed teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive preventive maintenance programs to minimize disruptions while

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field (Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business).
• Minimum 7 years in facilities management with 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience managing diverse property portfolios and remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural).
• Proficiency with CMMS/CAFM and facility tools.
• Excellent budgeting, safety, and environmental regulatory understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for all facilities.
• Coordinate on-site teams and external contractors.
• Oversee building systems maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structures).
• Manage budgets for operations, capex, and emergencies.
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across facilities.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize disruptions.
• Review and approve work orders for quality and efficiency.
• Source and manage vendors for specialized tasks.
• Utilize CAFM software to track and report maintenance activities.
