Placements24 is seeking a remote Exploration Geologist to join an innovative oil and gas exploration team. The role is fully remote and focuses on integrating geological and geophysical data to identify prospects and guide exploration strategy worldwide.

You will interpret seismic data, build geological models, perform regional studies, and collaborate with geophysicists and engineers remotely. A strong publication-ready report and data visualization skillset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or related earth science field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas exploration with a focus on prospect generation.
• Expertise in geophysical interpretation, subsurface mapping, and geological modeling software (Petrel, Kingdom).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
