Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking, remote Head of E-sports Strategy to define and drive our global e-sports vision. This leadership role demands deep knowledge of competitive gaming, market trends, and business development to chart a course for initiatives, partnerships, and brand growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and P&Ls, and shape the future of professional gaming from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in e-sports management, business development, or strategic planning.
Proven ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in forming strategic partnerships.
Excellent analytical and market research capabilities.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy for e-sports involvement.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with developers, organizers, players, and stakeholders.

Oversee development and management of e-sports teams, events, and content initiatives.
