Placements24 is seeking a Remote Head Coach for a rapidly growing professional e-sports organization based in Durban. You will guide the team to tournament success, develop strategic gameplay, and foster a high-performing culture from your home office.

You will work with players, analysts, and management to ensure optimal performance and player development, staying up-to-date with meta-game trends and coordinating across time zones for global competitions.

Qualifications

• > Proven experience as a coach or high-level player in a professional e-sports title.
• > Deep understanding of competitive strategy and meta-game development.
• > Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• > Ability to analyze gameplay footage and data to provide actionable feedback.
• > Experience in player development and team management.
• > Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and strategies for the e-sports team.
• Scout and recruit talented players, assess their skills, and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze game replays and statistics to identify team strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities.
• Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster a cohesive and motivated environment.
