Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Support Functional Consultant to join LEW Logistics, Equipment and Warehousing on a contract basis. The role focuses on the development and maintenance of ERP systems, with emphasis on MS Dynamics 365, logistics and warehousing processes.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has experience with vendor interactions, and can work remotely while actively participating in online environments and driving project milestones across Design, Build, Testing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in the relevant field.
• MS D365 experience will be an advantage.
• Vendor interaction and vendor activity tracking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work remote and drive active participation and activity completion in an online environment.
• Logistics, Equipment and Warehousing experience.
• Understanding the Logistics, Transportation and warehousing process.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Warehousing, the movement of product from Warehouse to store.

Responsibilities

• As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software systems.
• You will develop new applications and work with existing systems to ensure they are optimized for performance.
• An experienced, diligent and focused Functional Consultant to ensure the success of this important initiative and drive completion of all functional deployment related activities as per the approved project plan.
• Manage the delivery of a key stream of an ERP program
• Create plans, build alignment across stakeholders and track progress of deliverables across Design, Build, Testing, Deployment Cutover, PGLS phase of projects
• Manage integration points and dependencies with several vendors to ensure coordinated delivery with no disruptions
• Manage project risks and issues
• Manage a project team to ensure key deliverables are known, deadlines are clear, and daily tracking is in place
• Manage status updates to senior management
