Job summary

Hire Overseas seeks an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the internal expert for a proprietary ERP. You will own ERP knowledge, train staff, provide ongoing support, and ensure adoption across the organization.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Acumatica, SAP.
• Ability to train non-technical end users in ERP workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP knowledge and serve as internal SME.
• Onboard users and develop training materials across departments.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot ERP issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and process maps.
