Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Environmental Engineer for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of environmental consulting projects, conducting EIAs, remediation planning, and helping clients meet regulatory requirements through effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Baseline Studies for development projects.
- Design and manage remediation projects for contaminated soil and groundwater.
- Develop and implement waste management strategies and pollution prevention plans.
- Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Provide technical expertise on environmental matters, including air quality, water quality, and ecological impact.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to achieve environmental objectives.
