Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality. Remote (South Africa), full-time.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
